Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Qaider. These terms govern your access to and use of the Qaider review management platform, operated by Speedforce Digital.
By accessing or using Qaider ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Qaider is operated by Speedforce Digital, a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Qaider is a review management platform that allows businesses to monitor, respond to, and analyse their Google Business Profile reviews. Features include AI-powered reply generation, auto-reply automation, competitor analysis, review analytics, team collaboration tools, and bilingual English and Arabic support.
To use Qaider, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@speedforce.agency if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
Qaider offers multiple subscription plans (Lite, Growth, Pro+, Business, Enterprise) billed monthly in Saudi Riyals (SAR). All plans include a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, you will be charged according to your selected plan. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through the app. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
You agree to use Qaider only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to generate misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content, attempt to manipulate review platforms in violation of their terms of service, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the platform, or resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.
Qaider uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested review responses. These suggestions are provided as a convenience and do not constitute professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before it is published. Qaider accepts no liability for the accuracy, appropriateness, or consequences of published AI-generated responses.
Qaider integrates with Google Business Profile and other third-party services. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
All content, features, and functionality of the Qaider platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Speedforce Digital and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Speedforce Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Saudi Arabia.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance.
